Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Community elderly aged 60-80 years with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). 2. MCI inclusion criteria: (1) Subjectively reported declines in memory or other cognitive functions; (2) The general function of daily life is basically normal; (3) Objective impairment of cognitive function; (4) The patient was clinically assessed and diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment, but did not meet the DSM-5 criteria for dementia. 3. Secondary school education or above. 4. Not participating in regular physical exercise for at least six months (30 minutes at least three times a week). 5. Have the physical capacity to exercise. 6. Good vision and hearing. 7. Free movement, good compliance, able to adhere to the 3-month intervention course and the follow-up of 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive decline due to other medical conditions (including but not limited to: central nervous system infections, Parkinson's disease, metabolic encephalopathy, folic acid and vitamin B12 deficiencies, and hypothyroidism); 2. Have suffered from neurological diseases (stroke, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, etc.); 3. Severe mental disorders included in The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) of the American Psychiatric Association; 4. Serious diseases of the heart, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 5. History of alcohol or drug abuse; 6. Participated in other similar intervention trials within 30 days prior to the screening of this study; 7. Taking drugs to treat cognitive impairment (drugs to promote intelligence); 8. Other reasons for not completing the study.
