Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the 4th National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995 and are confirmed as cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage by head CT or MRI examination; 2. The patient has been diagnosed with the first disease; Aged >=18 years; 3. The dysphagia level was in line with the screening results of the swale drinking water test and was assessed as grade II or above for dysphagia disorder; 4. Simple mental state assessment scale score: illiterate <=17 points; Primary school <=20 points; Middle school or above education <=24, which can be understood and can cooperate with the research; 5. No obvious abnormality in vision and hearing; 6. Steady vital signs and clear consciousness; 7. Patients who signed informed consent and volunteered to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with structural abnormalities and lesions of oral cavity, pharynx, larynx and esophagus, as well as neck injuries or lesions; 2. Patients with apoplexy lesions in the brain stem; 3. History of epilepsy; 4. Combined with Parkinson's disease, intracranial tumor and other diseases that can cause dysphagia; 5. Patients with other serious heart, brain and kidney diseases.
