65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The confirmed hip fracture site is only unilateral; 2. Aged >=65 years; 3. ASA classification ?, ?, III; 4. No history of allergy to narcotic drugs; 5. Consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pain score 1.4, platelet <80x10^9); 3. Pathological fracture; 4. Metabolic bone disease; 5. Old fracture; 6. History of stroke within 6 months before surgery; 7. Patients with dementia, mental illness and preoperative delirium; 8. Patients dependent on alcohol or drugs; 9. Aphasia and hearing impairment; 10. Patients with Parkinson's disease.
