Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0; (2) the time of onset is less than 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients less than 18 years old; (2) Patients who are unable to defecate for various reasons; (3) End-stage chronic diseases such as malignant tumors, the estimated survival time is less than 28 days; (4) Patients with autoimmune diseases, immune deficiencies or long-term use of immunosuppressants; (5) Pregnant women; (6) Patients and their families do not agree to participate in this trial.
