Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18~84 years old 2) Patients with unilateral sudden deafness greater than 30 dB occurring on at least three consecutive frequencies for unknown reasons within 72 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Middle ear lesions, retrocochlear mass, Meniere's disease, and large vestibular aqueduct syndrome; 2) Genetic factors and other pathogenic factors; 3) Pregnant women and those with contraindications to glucocorticoid use; 4) Medical records Incomplete information.
