Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation; ? Between 25 and 65 years old, both male and female; ? 4=lower limbs VAS=8; ? Course of disease =8 weeks; ? Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? There is a history of lumbar surgery or a clear indication of surgery; ? Pain in waist and leg caused by other diseases (such as fracture, malignant tumor, autoimmune disease, infection, trauma, etc.); ? serious acute or chronic organic or psychoneurotic diseases; ? coagulation disorders (such as hemophilia, etc.); ? Allergy to needles, fear of acupuncture or a pacemaker; ? Prepare for pregnancy, pregnancy and lactation women; ? Participated in other clinical studies within the past 3 months.
