Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The organ transplantation Center of our hospital has obtained kidneys from the National organ allocation system to determine the patients for kidney transplantation; 2) The patient is older than 12 years; 3) The patient was the first transplant recipient; 4) No active hepatitis, tuberculosis and other infections; 5) Voluntarily sign written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative test of complement dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) =10%; 2) The ABO blood groups of the donor recipients were not compatible before surgery; 3) Renal malperfusion occurred in the donor kidney received by the patient; 4) Pathologically confirmed cell rejection occurred before ABMR; 5) The patient presented hLA-DSA positive after kidney transplantation; 6) Patients who have not completed kidney transplantation for some reason; 7) Primary nonfunction; 8) The patient died within 1 month after surgery, or the transplanted kidney was removed due to surgical or infectious complications; 9) Patients receiving combined organ transplantation were excluded from the group.
