Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >18 years old; (2) Obtain the informed consent of the patient or the authorized person before the operation; (3) Patients undergoing open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients without cardiopulmonary bypass; (2) patients with diabetes (random blood glucose>=11.1mmol/l or fasting blood glucose>=7.0mmol/l or HbA1c>=6.5%); (3) patients with liver and kidney dysfunction (blood creatinine is 2 times higher than the upper limit of the normal value, aspartate aminotransferase or alanine aminotransferase is 2 times higher than the upper limit of the normal value); (4) heart failure (left ventricular ejection fraction <30%); (5) those who cannot complete the test or have incomplete data; (6) Patients with recent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents before operation (new myocardial infarction within 6 months, new stroke within 6 weeks); (7) patients with other types of endocrine diseases (Cushing's syndrome, acromegaly, pheochromocytoma, glucagon tumor, etc.).
