Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of primary medical and health institutions: ?There are pediatrics or pediatricians in the institutions; have certain experience and service volume in children's physical examination and health care; ?The institutions have a good scientific research foundation in the early stage, and medical personnel have the motivation and appeal to participate in scientific research projects and improve their own diagnosis and treatment level; ?The mobility of medical personnel in institutions is small; ?Have a good cooperative relationship with the research team and work smoothly. Inclusion criteria of medical staff in primary medical and health institutions: ?Pediatricians, child health care doctors or general practitioners in cooperative primary medical and health institutions; ?There is no work plan for separation or assignment to the field within three years. Inclusion criteria for children in areas under the jurisdiction of primary medical and health institutions: ?3 years old and above; ?Resident children under the management of primary medical and health institutions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria of primary medical and health institutions: failure to sign the scientific research cooperation agreement with the test sponsor. 2. Exclusion criteria of medical staff in primary medical and health institutions: refuse to participate in the project for various reasons. 3. Exclusion criteria for children in areas under the jurisdiction of primary medical and health institutions: ?Those with other chronic diseases who are not cured; ?Those who fail to participate in the routine physical examination of the community or school on schedule for various reasons.
