18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have certain reading ability, can effectively communicate with the researcher, and voluntarily signs the informed consent; (2) 18-75 years old (including threshold); (3) Patients with newly diagnosed endometrial cancer confirmed by histology; (4) Patients with lesions in the uterine cavity (Figo stage I); (5) Normal range of liver and kidney function: bilirubin =1.5 times ULN, ALT and AST=2.5 times ULN, creatinine =1.5 times ULN, or creatinine clearance =50mL/min (using the standard Cockroft-Gault formula).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of radiation, endocrine and chemical therapy before admission; (2) Patients who has history of allergy to iodine-containing contrast agents; (3) Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; (4) Previous uterine surgery; (5) complicated with coagulation dysfunction.
