Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Arch index<0.33 2) Beighton score=4 3) Age3-6

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) deformity of foot bones (horseshoe foot, vertical talus, accessory navicular bone, polydactyly, syndactyly, foot mass); 2) Have a history of foot surgery (horseshoe foot, vertical talus, accessory navicular bone, polydactyly, syndactyly, foot mass); 3) Have a history of insole intervention; 4) Congenital neuromuscular problems (cerebral palsy).
