Control Group:Tropisetron was given 5 mg before the end of the operation
dexamethasone Group :Dexamethasone 5 mg was induced and Tropisetron 5 mg was given before the end of operation
dexmedetomidine group:Intraoperative intravenous infusion of 0.4 ug/kg Dexmedetomidine 10 ml, 5 mg of tropisetron before the end of the operation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The people with VATS. Female non-smoker, ASA grade I-II, weight 25-65 years old, weight 45-75 kg, medium and high risk patients with PONV risk score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of allergy to narcotic drugs, sulfonamides and other drugs, hypotension and Bradycardia, atrioventricular block, chronic kidney disease acidosis, intestinal obstruction or possible development of intestinal obstruction; Severe heart failure and severe hypertension.
