Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; (2) at the onset of disease, aged 40-70; (3) No other drugs were used within 2 weeks before treatment or during treatment, and no history of drug allergy; (4) Normal mental state and understanding ability, independent completion of relevant questionnaire survey, good compliance, can follow the doctor's advice to complete treatment; (5) Patients and their family members give informed consent and sign informed consent; (6) Approved by the Hospital ethics Committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who have received previous knee surgery, complicated with knee tumor, rheumatoid disease, tuberculosis, suppuration and acute injury; (2) patients with drug allergy and severe liver and kidney insufficiency; (3) diagnosed cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and peripheral artery diseases; (4) active peptic gastric ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding; (5) Exclude endocrine diseases, such as diabetes, obesity and other knee osteoarthritis; (6) pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
