Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for herpes zoster; 2. Age 18 to 80 years old; 3. No antiviral, analgesic and other related drug treatment before treatment; 4. No history of using immunosuppressants or corticosteroids within the past 1 month; 5. No history of peripheral neuropathy; 6. Voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other skin diseases; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Allergic constitution or allergic to the drugs used in this study; ? Eye shingles, ear shingles and other atypical types (such as abrupt, generalized, incomplete, etc.) special types of herpes zoster; ? Patients with psychiatric disorders; ? Those with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic and digestive systems; ? Those who received antiviral or analgesic drug treatment in the past 2 weeks. Note: All patients who meet any one of the above items will be excluded.
