Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria for stroke ( signs and symptoms, imaging indicators, etc. ) ; 2. Age 18 ~ 75 years old, the first onset, duration of 1-6 months ; 3. Brunnstrom stage of lower limb = III ; 4. Clear awareness, no serious cognitive dysfunction ; 5. Standing balance level 2 and above ; 6. able to walk more than 15 meters independently; holden walking function grade = II ; 7. The disease is stable without progress ; 8. The patient or legal guardian agrees and signs an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe cognitive impairment, speech disorders, unable to cooperate with the training; 2. Blind persons with visual impairment; 3. Patients with vestibular dysfunction such as vertigo and tinnitus; 4. Those who were unable to train with lower limb fractures, severe osteoarthropathy, severe cardiopulmonary and liver diseases; 5. Patients with orthostatic hypotension; 6. Those who have a history of epilepsy, metal pacemakers in the body, metal implants in the brain and skull defects are not suitable for transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy or assessment; 7. Not expected to complete the test, compliance may be bad.
