Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Depression with stress(n=200): Age 18-50; Education level = 6 years; Right handedness;Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in DSM-IV HAMD-17=14 CTQ=26 LES=32 and be able to understand and cooperate with the assessment 2. Depression without stress(n=200)CTQ <26 and LES<32 Others are the same as the group standard 1; 3. Control group(n=200) CTQ<26 and LES<32? Healthy people without depression; Age, sex, education level were matched with depression group
