Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-90 years old; 2. Confirmed or suspected Gram-positive coccal infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Shock, liver and kidney failure; 2. Using drugs that affect lactate levels (such as metformin, salicylates, and nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitors); 3. In pregnancy and lactation.
