Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults: 18-50 years old, regardless of gender. There is no restriction on occupation and residence. No other concomitant diseases.The patient signed informed consent, and was able to accept observation and clinical data collection; 2. Influenza A virus infected persons: aged 18-50 years old, regardless of gender. Confirmed influenza A infection by viral nucleic acid test. No concomitant diseases other than influenza A virus infection. The patient signed informed consent, and was able to accept observation and clinical data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic wasting diseases such as tumor and tuberculosis, or autoimmune diseases such as HIV and lupus erythematosus. Other lung diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, etc. Common cold upper respiratory tract infection and other related diseases. Severe and critical cases of influenza, or with severe influenza complications. Oral hormone or immunosuppressant within 3 months.
