Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I ~ II; 2. The patient's age > 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Extended resection of thyroid cancer, operation time > 120 minutes, advanced thyroid cancer, history of neck radiotherapy; 2. intubation attempts > 1; 3. Emergency surgery; 4. Patients with cervical spondylosis; 5. Have systemic diseases, such as severe liver, kidney, nervous system or cardiovascular diseases; 6. The patient had a history of respiratory tract infection or sore throat before operation; 7. Preoperative use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, opioids or steroids and other analgesics within 30 days.
