Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. First spinal surgery; 3. Normal communication skills; 4. Willing to participate in this survey; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with primary or metastatic tumors of the spine, heart and lung diseases and other organ diseases or malignant tumors, with serious postoperative complications, contraindications for getting out of bed, accompanied by mental disorders and unable to cooperate.
