18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with retroperitoneal diseases confirmed by clinical symptoms, signs and auxiliary examinations (including urinary CT, B-ultrasound, MRI and angiography), including space occupying, stenosis, atrophy, obstruction, nodules and other diseases; 2. Age 18-70 years old, BMI 18-28kg/m^2; 3. American Society of anesthesiologists(ASA) grade I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate the study; 2. Unable to cooperate; 3. Infection or tumor at the puncture site; 4. Coagulation disorders; 5. Allergic to local anesthetics; 6. Complicated with heart, liver, lung and other important organ diseases; 7. Complicated with malignant tumors of other organs; 8. Emergency operation, palliative treatment,drug addiction,taking analgesic.
