Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Metastases showed no iodine uptake on whole-body scans after the first radioiodine treatment; 2. Functional metastases that originally ingested iodine gradually lost their ability to absorb iodine; 3. Some metastases take iodine, some metastases do not take iodine, and can be displayed by other imaging methods such as 18F-FDG PET/CT, CT or MRI; 4. Although the iodine-uptake metastases maintained their iodine-uptake ability after repeated radioiodine treatment, the disease progressed within 1 year, including the gradual growth of the lesions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non-medullary thyroid cancer and iodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer; 2. Patients who cannot be effectively followed up.
