Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 20 years old and <= 70 years old; 2. No cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, including coronary heart disease, stroke and arterial dissection, and abnormal blood lipid, blood pressure, and blood glucose requiring drug treatment; 3. Permanent resident of the area where the research center is located; 4. Normal daily communication without severe disability and can be followed up for a long time; 5. Voluntarily participate in the project and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Transient population or temporary residents; 2. Body mass index higher than 35kg/m^2 or lower than 16kg/m^2 3. Malignant tumor or life expectancy less than 5 years; 4. Mental disorders; 5. With serious systemic diseases, including heart failure (NYHAIII and above), moderate and severe insufficiency of liver and kidney function and blood system diseases; 6. Participate in other intervention clinical studies from 30 days before enrollment to the completion of this study.
