Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent radical resection of pancreatic cancer in Shanghai Tongji Hospital; 2. Postoperative pathology confirmed PDAC; 3. Informed before surgery and volunteered to participate in the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any form of chemotherapy before surgery; 2. There is distant metastasis of tumor; 3. Associated with pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.
