18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.>= 18 years old; 2. Patients undergo anal preservation surgery, and the malignant tumor is 15cm from the anal margin; 3. Survival is more than 1 year; 4. Patients or main caregivers use WeChat; 5. LARS>=21; 6. Clarify their condition and agree to participate in the investigation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing chemotherapy or other clinical experiments; 2. patients with other chronic intestinal diseases; 3. patients with previous or current mental disorders, consciousness disorders and communication disorders or patients who are unable to communicate in Chinese and English.
