Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 2010.1.1-2021.12.31 Patients diagnosed or suspected of having HLH by a clinician. 2. Age at first diagnosis: 1-18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Macrophage activation syndrome; 2. Malignancy as the primary disease.
