Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with osteoarthritis were included as follows:1. Patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis; 2. Patients were over 18 years old, and liver and kidney diseases, malignant tumors, and other systemic diseases were excluded; 3. Exclude rheumatism, rheumatoid, and other joint diseases; 4. There was no history of joint drug injection, painkillers, or glucocorticoid drug use within 3 months before the blood draw.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The following persons were excluded:1. Those with previous serious underlying diseases affecting the accuracy of experimental data and cognitive dysfunction; 2. Have a metabolic bone disease or have recently taken drugs that affect bone metabolism; 3. Repeated inclusion of case data or incomplete information; 4. Women in pregnancy and lactation.
