Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age:18-40 years old; 2. No familial genetic diseases; 3. Screening before blood collection proved that no one had specific virus (including HIV, HBV, HCV, HTLV, EBV, CMV, HPV, new coronary virus, etc.) infection, no Treponema pallidum infection; 4. Can sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Check for infection with pathogenic microorganisms before blood collection, including contamination with any bacteria, fungi, and viruses; 2. Stay in a dangerous epidemic area within 1 year before blood collection.
