Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 65 years. 2. ASA I-II; 3. BMI 18.5-28kg/m2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sleep apnea syndrome; 2. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3. Have a history of mental illness and epilepsy; 4. Allergic to the study drug; 5. Hyperthyroidism; 6. There were patients with upper respiratory tract infection two weeks before operation.
