Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients after open heart surgery, including valve replacement, ventricular septal defect repair, atrial septal defect repair, coronary artery bypass graft and other surgery patients requiring cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. Be at least 18 years old; 3. Patients who volunteered to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Ketoacidosis; 2. Insulin allergy; 3. Patients who are dying or likely to die within 24 hours; 4. Patients participating in other experiments.
