18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical stage IA lung adenocarcinoma based on CT scan; 2. Except for pure ground-glass opacity (pGGO) lesions, adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS) or minimally invasive adenocarcinoma (MIA), all patients required lobectomy and systematic lymph node dissection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with CT scan tumor > 3 cm or mediastinal lymph node enlargement; 2. Patients who have received neoadjuvant therapy; 3. Patients with multiple pulmonary nodules.
