Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Able to sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients with myelodysplastic syndrome diagnosed and newly diagnosed according to WHO standards; 3. The age is greater than 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with HIV infection; 2. Those who have other malignant tumors in the past or currently still need to receive anti-tumor related treatment; 3. Poor compliance or there are patients who are considered by the investigators to be inappropriate for inclusion in the study and follow-up.
