Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy pregnant women with singleton pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clinical/subclinical hyperthyroidism; clinical/subclinical hypothyroidism; TPOAb, TgAb positive; family history of thyroid disease; taking iodine-containing drugs or supplements; receiving treatment for thyroid disease (radiation therapy, etc.); visible or palpable goiter; thyroid nodules; those who consumed iodine-rich foods such as seaweed and kelp three days before sampling.
