Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. During the perinatal period, the mother should be tested for Ureaplasma Urealyticum in our hospital; 2. High-risk infants undergo at least one whole-body motor assessment during the writhing phase and restless movement phase; 3. High-risk infants can receive follow-up in the later stage and the follow-up results are clear; 4. The informed consent of the guardian of the child and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The child's family has hereditary metabolic diseases; 2. The child suffers from congenital heart disease; 3. Children with epilepsy; 4. The child's guardian refuses the child to receive follow-up or the outcome of the child's follow-up is not clear; 5. Brachial plexus damage affects the physical activities of one side of the upper limb during childbirth; 6. The researchers believe that there are other conditions that are not suitable for inclusion; 7. Family members refused to sign the informed consent during the follow-up period.
