Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with AMI or CCS according to the guidelines were selected into the AMI group or the CCS group; 2. Healthy people are people who have not complained of special discomfort recently, collected in the physical examination center, and included in the control group; 3. The clinical data are complete, and the follow-up data are true and effective.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiogenic shock, severe hepatic and renal dysfunction, severe hemorrhagic disease, severe infectious disease, severe respiratory disease, blood system disease and craniocerebral disease, malignant tumor, pulmonary embolism, ventricular septal perforation, and aortic dissection were excluded.
