Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for moderate and severe acne scars; 2. Fitzpatrick skin classification type III-IV; 3. Age 18-40 years old; 4. Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have received facial injection, surgery, chemical peeling, filling therapy and other laser treatments in the past 6 months; 2. Pregnant, pregnant and lactating women; 3. Suffering from obvious pigment metabolism disorders, such as vitiligo and chloasma; 4. People with scar constitution; 5. Combining with other systemic active diseases who are not suitable for laser therapy; 6. People suffering from neurological diseases or mental disorders; 7. Facial skin infection or inflammation; 8. Exposure to the sun cannot be avoided before treatment and within 4 weeks after treatment; 9. Those who have unrealistic expectations; 10. Those who are allergic to heparin or lidocaine; 11. Taking photosensitizing drugs orally such as doxycycline, isotretinoin, etc.
