18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. CBP valve replacement and coronary artery bypass grafting under direct vision; 2. Age > 18 years old; 3. ASA II-IV; 4. NYHAII/III level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with a history of neurological and mental diseases, such as dementia, language barriers, etc.; 2. Use of ECMO during or after surgery for any reason; 3. Patients who request to quit halfway, have incomplete data or are lost to follow-up; 4. Those who need secondary surgery in the hospital; 5. Patients with severe hemodynamic disturbance or malignant arrhythmia during operation; 6. Postoperative adverse events, such as severe allergic reactions, death, etc.
