18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old 3 weeks or no clear history of trauma; 4. Whole blood platelet count > 150 x 10^6/mL before treatment; 5. The patient has not received hormone injection therapy in the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has biceps tendinitis, glenohumeral arthritis, fracture, infection or tumor; 2. The patient suffers from unstable angina, mental illness, mental illness; 3. The fat infiltration of the shoulder joint on the affected side exceeds 50%; 4. Suffering from vascular insufficiency or neurological diseases; 5. The damaged part is torn more than 50%; 6. Received rotator cuff repair surgery; 7. Have been pregnant or have a family plan in the past 1 year.
