Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We selected patients who underwent spinal surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021, including internal fixation, decompression and orthopedic surgery of thoracic spine, lumbar spine and cervical spine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have recently taken sedatives, antidepressants or anti-anxiety drugs; 2. Patients with severe perioperative complications; 3. Patients admitted to ICU after operation; 4. The patient is unable to cooperate with the investigation due to unconsciousness, mental disorder and other reasons.
