Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Surgical patients under general anesthesia admitted to PACU, age >= 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery, neurosurgery, preoperative PaO2 = 1500 ml), and transfer to ICU due to cardiovascular instability.
