Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The clinical diagnosis is Parkinson's disease; 2. The age range is between 40 and 85 years old; 3. There is no obvious abnormality in cognitive function and mental state; 4. Hoehn-Yahr(H&Y) rating <= 3 (Goetzetal.,2004); 5. Take drugs steadily; 6. Be able to walk independently and control simple objects (such as holding a cup); 7. Willing to participate in research and obey random distribution.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participating in other behavioral or drug trials; 2. Suffering from other diseases that may affect motor function (such as visual impairment, bone and joint system diseases, cardiopulmonary diseases, etc.). Demographic indicators were performed on patients who met the inclusion criteria, including gender, age, duration of illness, H&Y rating, height, weight, drug use, physical health status (with or without other chronic diseases), exercise/physical activity habits and experience, And understand the situation of falling.
