Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are scheduled to undergo thoracic surgery under general anesthesia via thoracoscopic surgery; 2. Age 18-80 years old; 3. ASA score 1-3; 4. BMI > 30 kg/m2; 5. Cooperate with experimenters; 6. Voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental disorder; 2. Abnormal blood coagulation function or taking anticoagulant drugs recently; 3. There are infection lesions near the puncture point; 4. Nervous system diseases; 5. Severe back pain; 6. There have been thoracic spine fractures or thoracic spine surgery or obvious spinal deformity; 7. Spinal cord injury and spinal cord compression.
