Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the relevant informed consent and perform laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy with complete surgical data; 2. After the operation, the drainage fluid was sent for inspection and cultured, and relevant drug sensitivity results were obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases converted to laparotomy during operation; 2. The drainage fluid was not sent for inspection during or after the operation for culture; 3. Poor compliance. It is difficult to strictly abide by the doctor's orders or other reasons lead to incomplete clinical records.
