Sex/Gender
Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease confirmed by ultrasound; 2. ALT is less than 2 x UNL; 3. Denied gastrointestinal symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Weekly alcohol intake is greater than 3 UNITS; 2. Those with a history of chronic liver disease; 3. History of gastric surgery; 4. Those who have used antibiotics, bismuth, traditional Chinese medicine with anti-inflammatory ingredients, PPI or H2-receptor blockers in the past 1 month; 5. Severe neurological or mental illness; 6. Cancer patients; 7. Taking drugs that affect fat metabolism such as methotrexate, cortisol, etc.
