Group 1 :The auricular vagus stimulator was used at auricular concha region for treatment in the transcutaneous vagus nerve electrical stimulation group
Group 2:Auricular point pressing was used for treatment in the conventional auricular point pressing group

60 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Onset >= 3 times/week, duration >= 3 months; 3. Patients who have not taken any sedative drugs within 2 weeks before seeing a doctor; 4. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) total score > 7 points; 5. Those who signed the informed consent and promised to adhere to the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe primary diseases of the heart, brain, kidney, liver and hematopoietic system, as well as abnormal thyroid function, infectious diseases, acute diseases, and malignant tumors; 2. Secondary insomnia (complication symptoms of physical illness or other mental illness); 3. People with insomnia caused by alcoholism or psychotropic drug abuse and dependence.
