Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women over 18 years old; 2. Subjects: (1) Cases: patients who present with pelvic floor dysfunction and require urodynamic study in our unit; (2) Controls: patients who are scheduled for benign gynaecological operation unrelated to pelvic floor dysfunction; 3. Willing to give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refused to join the study; 2. Patients who are not communicable in Chinese/English.
