18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-65 years old; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Thymoma resection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have contraindications of transverse thoracic muscle block (allergic to anesthetics used in this study, serious abnormal coagulation function, obvious abnormal platelet count, infection at puncture site, etc.) or refuse to receive nerve block, morbid obesity (BMI > 40 kg/m2) and high-risk patients with malignant hyperthermia; 2. People with a history of mental and neurological diseases, alcohol and drug abuse, and long-term use of opioids or stable drugs; 3. Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, preoperative chronic pain, preoperative chronic pain, neuromuscular disease, pregnancy; 4. Patients who are unable to cooperate with this study due to certain reasons (such as deafness, blindness, language communication barriers, etc.); 5. Patients lost to follow-up.
