Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Age between 18-65 years; 3. The first onset and in the subacute stage, the course of the disease is 2 weeks to 6 months; 4. Unilateral stroke must be confirmed by brain computerized tomography or magnetic resonance imaging; 5. There is balance dysfunction; 6. Agree to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are other neurological diseases (including craniocerebral trauma) other than stroke; 2. Cerebellum or brainstem injury; 3. Subjects with TMS contraindications, such as intracranial metal implants or skull defects; 4. Severe cognitive or speech impairment; 5. Combined with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction or other serious physical diseases.
