Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. ICU stay time >= 7d; 3. Patients who are conscious, have no mental cognitive impairment such as dementia, and can effectively communicate and express their opinions; 4. Patients and their families are willing to cooperate with this survey and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No personnel, prisoners and other patients.
