Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 10-18 years old; 2. Studying in junior high school or high school; 3. You can use your mobile phone to surf the Internet.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Be diagnosed with a certain mental illness, including moderate to severe depressive state, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia.
